We strive to ensure the longevity of our employees within the company, but we also focus on recruiting new talent. Aware that their needs are no longer the same today, we pursue a dynamic policy regarding youth employment.
In 2025, we welcomed 15 interns and 6 young people on work-study programmes. At the same time, despite a strong industrial context where men are often overrepresented, we do everything possible to improve gender equality within the company.
